7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited vehicle uses:
- The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities, including racing, off-roading, or similar risky pursuits. It cannot transport hazardous materials or be sub-let to unauthorized individuals. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. Usage must align with the vehicle's intended purpose, adhering to passenger and weight limits, and staying within designated geographical boundaries without approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
8. Liability Restrictions
To the fullest extent allowed by law in Scotland, Car Hire Musselburgh is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid for the rental in the last 12 months.
